$125 for initial session, $100 per 45-50 minute session thereafter.

Cash, Check, Credit/Debit card, Venmo or Zelle.
Insurance NOTE: I am unable to accept MEDICAID or MEDICARE at this time.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
I am a network provider for and accept the following insurance at this time :
Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Compsych, Military One Source, Regence, and Tricare
Credit Policy: Understand that the client or sponsor is responsible for:
1. Payment of services for the client, regardless of insurance coverage or policy requirements/restrictions.
2. $25.00 charge for all returned checks

Please note: Tricare Select requires a physicians' referral, Tricare Prime does not.
Cancellation Policy
The counselor prefers 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation or reschedule but understands that emergencies happen and works to be flexible under such circumstance
No Show Policy
If the client fails to show up for a scheduled counseling appointment two times in a row, they will be dropped from future scheduling and their time slot will be made available to other clients.
